1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Massago, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Massage Services and Bookings

Massago connects customers with independent massage providers. We are a platform and do not directly provide massage services. Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and the specific cancellation policies of the individual shops.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully with shop owners and staff. Any harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate account termination.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as determined by the shop.
